Critique my new query please?

I've just posted up a new query because of the great feedback you guys gave me on my last one.  As you know I want to return to querying agents again but first I want to make sure that my query letter is as bullet proof as it can be.
I ask simply that you read over it and leave me a comment.  Whether you think anything needs to be changed or added, I want to hear about it.  Thanks again. Your critique so far has really helped me!
